Last year, I wrote an article about the importance of tracking your workouts and progress in some kind of log. The importance of that STILL STANDS. I can’t emphasize enough how crucial this is. For all of my reasons why you NEED to track and record your progress, read my previous article here

I’ll just say this: If you track and record your workouts and nutrition, you are GUARANTEED to make progress toward your fitness goals (whether it’s getting that new shiny set of abs, getting stronger, faster, or anything else). If you don’t track and record, it is entirely possible (and likely) that you will not make the progress you want to see and you will waste your time.

SO, to help y’all plan, track, and record your workouts, we’ve made the BEST log out there (at least, we think so) for you to use! The log is entirely free (download links below). All we ask is that you actually USE it! Take this summer and become your BEST.
