We understand that sometimes life happens and you have to cancel an appointment. As our clients, we hope that you understand that our schedules are tight and as they say, “time is money.” We have a very fair cancellation policy that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalized for the cancellation. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your trainer via email or text (you will have both when you sign-up for training!

Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

Private Training/ Semi-Private Training

  1. Client must notify the trainer within 24 hours of training session if the session must be cancelled / rescheduled. If the trainer is not notified of the cancellation then the session will be forfeited and the client charged.

  2. Client can only incur 3 no shows during a 3 month period. This is important because this is an investment of time for both the trainer and the client.

  3. Emergency situations will be determined on a case by case basis by management.

Refund Policy

COMMIT TO YOUR PROGRESS! We are committed to client progress. When clients sign-up to train with us, we expect the same commitment from them. Follow through on your health goals! The best investment you can make is into yourself—let’s do this!

PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our discretion.
